Classic Uno

It's the card game you already know from family game nights, just against computer opponents instead of a table of people who all remember the rules slightly differently. Match the color or number of the top card, use skips and reverses to mess with the turn order, and don't forget to call it when you're down to one card. Draw-two and wild-draw-four cards let you dump your bad luck onto the next player, which is usually the moment someone at the real table starts arguing about stacking rules. Playing a few rounds here is actually a decent way to settle those arguments in advance, since the game enforces one consistent version of the rules instead of whatever your family has half-remembered for years.
