Broken game
Name the game, your browser, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. If it worked last week and does not work today, say so. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it on the first try.
You made a game
Send a link to a playable build and whatever traffic numbers you have. We license games that run in a browser with no install, no account and no download. If it needs a plugin, it is not for us.
Rights claim
Tell us which game and how you hold the rights. It comes down while we check, not after. We would rather pull a page for a week than argue about it for a month.
Who is on the other end
Wordgames is run by a small team, and messages from this form reach them directly.
There is no support desk in between, no queue position, and nobody is going to ask
you to create an account before they read what you wrote.
We answer most things within a couple of working days. Rights claims and broken
games jump the queue.
