It's a word search, done the modern way: you swipe across connected letters to spell out words from a themed list, and the grid clears and refills as you go. The themes rotate through things like food, nature, and history, which mostly just changes the flavor of the word list rather than the mechanics underneath. There's no clock forcing your hand, so it works fine as something to pick at while your attention is half elsewhere.
